You'll have your Whoofbox in no time! All orders are currently only shipped to the Netherlands with Post NL, including track and trace code. *During holidays, the delivery of your Whoofbox may take a little longer.
Due to heavy traffic at PostNL, your whoofbox may arrive a little later than usual. Our apologies.

When do I receive my Whoofbox?
- We ship all orders within 24 hours after placing and paying the order.
- If the order has been registered with PostNL, you will receive a track and trace code by mail (also with a letterbox package).
- Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours of shipping on business days.
- Do you place an order on a weekday after 6 pm? Then your order will be processed the next day.
- Do you place an order on Friday after 4 pm, or on Saturday or Sunday? Then your order will be shipped on Monday.
- The delivery time of personalized products may differ from the above delivery times. We will contact you about this.
- During the holidays, the delivery time may deviate from the above delivery times due to crowds.
Delivery
Delivery takes place in the Netherlands & Belgium by PostNL. In the Netherlands, your whoofbox can be delivered to various locations! This can be at home, at work, or at one of the PostNL collection locations near you. You can indicate this yourself during the checkout.
Returns
Help, how to return!

If you want to return a product, request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening van de klant.
*NB! Once the paw sticker of the puppy milestone cards magnetic box has been opened, the product cannot be returned.

Request a return
Click on the black button "click here to return products" up here.
Fill in your order number and other information.
(You can find - your order number in the order confirmation email and starts witha #).
We will contact you as soon as possible via email.
After the return request, you have 14 days to return unopened, unused* products to us.

Download return label
As soon as your return has been processed by us, you will receive instructions by email to download your return label. The link will take you to Whoofbox's return environment. Before you can download your return label, you pay the return costs. Your return label is valid for 72 hours. (Also keep an eye on your spam box!)

Send returns
Print your return label, pack the order carefully and place your return label visibly on the Whoofbox box.
Drop off the package at a PostNL location nearby. You have already paid via the link, so you don't have to anymore!

Confirmation and Refund
Within 3 working days after receipt of the return, you will receive a confirmation, and we will refund the purchase amount to the same account that was used for the purchase. It is not possible to provide us with a different account number for this.
Returns conditions
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
- Products cannot be exchanged. You can request a return and place a new order.
- If you want to return a product, the return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- Send the products to be returned to Whoofbox within the legal return period of 14 days via a PostNL point. The product must be received by Whoofbox before or on the 14e day.
- Products that are returned must not be used. Products with visible signs of use will not be reimbursed.
- Products must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging .
- Provide proper packaging and shipping material so that the products arrive at Whoofbox undamaged.
- In the absence of products, we will deduct the economic value of these items from the amount to be refunded.
- The costs for returning products are for the customer's own account.
We only reimburse the return costs in case of a mistake made by Whoofbox. - For orders paid with a gift card, you will receive the amount back on a new gift card after return.
- The amount that has been paid will be refunded upon a return request. This includes any discounts.
- Any discount codes used at checkout will expire if they are no longer valid, after a return.
- When you return a package to us, you are personally liable if the package gets lost. For safety, we recommend that you send the package with a track and trace code.
- Return packages without a return label will not be accepted.
Cancel your order
You can cancel an order up to the moment of dispatch by Whoofbox. After that, it is only possible to return your order. If you want to cancel your order, send an email to hello@whoofbox.com.
